Staying in the 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment at Icon 330 since May 3rd has been a truly pleasant and heartwarming experience. The apartment itself is beautifully maintained—modern, clean, and filled with natural light that makes every day feel peaceful and cozy. Both bedrooms offer great comfort and privacy, while the bathroom is stylish with everything functioning perfectly. It instantly felt like home, offering the ideal space to relax, recharge, and enjoy quiet moments.nThe building is just as impressive, with friendly staff, secure access, and great amenities like the gym and lounge areas. It’s been calm and quiet, making it perfect for studying or winding down after a busy day. Every moment here has felt comfortable and cared for, and I genuinely look forward to coming home each day. It’s been a lovely stay so far, and I’m grateful for the warmth and comfort this space has brought into my life.
A good residence is one where residents can live their own lives peacefully. It's quite hard to do this when there are fire alarms going off weekly, especially with noisy sirens and announcements that tells everyone to leave, wait outside in the cold for 20 minutes, and then no fire to occur. This is going to be a problem should any real emergencies happen in the future, since it's evident that 2% of the building actually evacuates during these alarms. This entire building and especially its fire alarm system is managed super poorly. There should be greater consequences for intentionally pulling the alarm or causing it to trigger due to negligence. ICON has been a huge part of my university life and I wouldn’t trade it for anything else : the view from my apartment is incredible, the house is made in such a way that it’s easy to clean, I always have felt safe in this building and there are a wide range of facilities my personal favorite is the movie room. P.S. the old guy talked me into doing this.
Beautiful floor-to-ceiling windows, cozy layouts, and decent amenities like the theater room. Front desk and maintenance are very responsive. Occasional silverfish, low unit soundproofing, and random maintenance might inconvenience you, but altogether convenient location.
The front desk employee, Reese, is diligent and a delight to see as you enter and leave Icon. Cordial and approachable. Definitely elevated the experience living at Icon.nAs for the rest of the residential experience, it was pleasant. Spacious living in the bond suites and ensuite 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom units. Great location for students with the benefit of many relevant amenities for students like the gym, theatre and study rooms.
