In my experience, Sarah working there is very helpful girl, nice always smiling and thoughtful. I really appreciate the 24 hour front desk for my kids who rent in the building, as a father it give me very comforting feeling because several times my daughter lets me know when she needs help because key fob battery died or any issue she can get assistance and usually we see Sarah there who is one of the best employees working she efficiently solves any problems we have.
I don’t usually write reviews but Rose at front desk is one of the nicest people I’ve interacted with and makes it really easy to ask questions and get help with anything. I’ve booked amenities easily and gotten help with figuring out maintenance requests thanks to her and overall she’s made my experience a good one!
I have the pleasure of meeting John at the front desk during a fire alarm. I want to commend John for a great job keeping people calm while exiting the building. John answered questions and was more than willing to help. John got the elevators working in a very professional way even though there were a few unpleasant people annoyed with non working elevators. John handled the situation with grace and professionalism. I want to make sure that John is recognized for his hard work. I wish John the best. With such a positive attitude, John will go far. Please thank John again for me. I have already thanked John but I want him to know how appreciative I am.
Worst management you can imagine. Admin are incompetent and regularly upload the bills late or not at all, resulting in late bill notifications every month and eviction notice.nnFurthermore, the place was disgusting upon arrival, they make you pay a cleaning fee and then the place was trashed with food, dirt, hair etc. Utilities are so old and out of date it costs a fortune to run them. Cheap appliances and design features, not to mention maintenance may not knock before entering or even notify you beforehand.nnIssues with payments, cleaning, management is never available, and fire alarm testing took place during exam week... every morning from 8 am to 5pm random alarms. Fire alarms also regularly took place sometimes at 2 am.nnNot to mention they entered my room without notice when I was moving out. AFTER I provided my move out day well within my lease and came inside the unit used 100 gallons of water in one day, opened every drawer, and left the fridge open, and threw out some of my things!nnI genuinely cannot think of a more poor experience that is not only exhausting but only seems to get worse. The ac and heat are broken and after multiple maintenance visits they said its fine and then our utility bill says we are using 6x the building average without anyone living there for the past week.nnThis place looked good on the outside but was a nightmare and nothing more. Not to mention there advertised amenities were all blocked off for the whole term, and elevator issues regularly.nnMultiple people I know have had similar experiences including bugs and pests on multiple floors.nnSave yourselves the trouble honestly ...
Living at ICON has been a really great experience. The building is always clean and well-kept, and the staff is friendly and helpful. What I love most are the amenities, there’s a fully equipped gym, a basketball court, game room, yoga room, multiple study spaces, and even a mini theatre! It’s a perfect place for both relaxing and being productive. Definitely one of the best apartment communities I’ve lived in!nnThe facilities are well-designed and maintained, and the community atmosphere is both peaceful and vibrant. Highly recommended for students or professionals looking for a quality place to stay.
