Don't fall for the "Buy 10 Get 1 Free" cards they so happily give out and stamp. When it comes time to claim your free product, they will go so far as to get every employee in the store and the owner involved if it means they can deny you that free product. I really hope the owner doesn't consider herself "professional" in any capacity. The reason I was denied my free product is still unclear, as the explanations the owner gave me were numerous, frantic, and clearly poorly fabricated. These excuses were uttered in the manner that a child would when attempting to lie to their parents about some playground mishap. Truly shameful. If your card was issued to you by someone who no longer works at Icky's, throw it out. The owner will sell her ex-employees right down the river by divulging in embarrassing detail the reason said employee no longer works at Icky's, as though that's justification for denying a customer that free product they spent a year accumulating the stamps for, which was stamped by BOTH current and ex-employees no less. Citing unwritten "policies" this, unwritten "rules" that. These policies and rules were enacted either three or five years ago, depending on what number pops into her head. Ridiculous. If you're going to make up lies, at least be consistent. Apparently because your card was handled by an ex-employee at some point (whom I happen to know quite well incidentally, making the embarrassing lies concerning their departure from the business all the more laughable), it's YOUR fault as the customer. Boy, sure makes me feel welcome in your business, being grouped up with scammers and thieves. The lack of professionalism permeates throughout these excuses. After having the owner tear up my card that I spent a year on getting enough stamps for, the poor sods at the counter have the audacity of offering me yet another card! Twice!!! I couldn't help doing a double-take. I feel sorry for the employees there, save for the hapless few who sheepishly attempted chirping in to kiss the bottom of the unprofessional and tyrannical owner. Thanks for the circus act, Icky's. Worth the half-hour drive.

Best place ive found the most courteous staff and a wide variety of products. Not just tobacco but clothes jewelery a food section.

Used to be a regular returning customer to this store but I will never be returning, the woman overcharged me for cigarettes and when I went back in and asked for my receipt she all of a sudden realized she charged me for an extra carton on smokes and she said she would give me the carton, I told her I didn’t want the carton and that I just wanted me money back the woman got extremely rude and told me they don’t do refunds! Refund on what that was not my mistake and I need my money, I asked to talk to her boss and I got a business card slammed in my face and nothing but attitude. I come in weekly and always spend over $100 every time I’m there and you have permanently lost my business.
