This is one of the best Japanese restaurants I've been to. The food was awesome and the show was wonderful. The service was very good. They even gave me the option of having extra vegetables instead of rice. The decor is beautiful and it is wheelchair accessible.
We waited about ten minutes for our table, they were packed. Steven was our server and he did a great job, kept our drinks full, checked on us, was very personable, overall did a great job, the chef was great and made jokes, it was our friends nephew birthday and they sung happy birthday and brought him out ice cream with a sparkler. The location was very clean, and overall a great experience. The food was delicious, by the time our salad and soup was gone the chef was there ready to take our experience to the next level. Would definitely recommend.
This place is Awesome...either sitting at Hibachi, Sushi Bar, or Dining area you are very well taken care of. Wife and I have been going the 10 past yrs and have never left hungry or disappointed. Lilly is our server in dining...she is High on our list. Lilly is fabulous in every way. We ask for her to be our server whenever we walk in. The whole management and staff is very attentive to your needs. It's prices are not bad for the food a service you get.

Food is solid. 2 star loss because I placed my order online at 3pm to pick up at 5 and when arriving, was told that my ticket wasn’t taken to the chef. Had to wait another 30 minutes for my food. Didn’t receive any kind of comps for a meal/dish next time. Everyone was polite but with lack of resolve in ensuring my wife and I would actually want to return.
I have taken my son there a few times. The service and food were excellent. Pleasant, clean, fresh, tasty food. Great cook. A recommended place to eat for the family or a date.
Oko and Nancy were such a pleasure! Such a great experience from start to finish for my birthday experience on New Year’s Day. From the call to make our reservation with a follow up text, the hostess staff accommodating us as we were early, Nancy our waitress on top of everything with a smile, and Oko on the amazing food and show! My son was smiling the whole time. Then a follow up from the store manager who was helping his waiting staff to clean up our table. Thank you all so much, I know there’s probably a lot of behind the scenes happening too and we appreciate it!
Ichiban Japanese Bistro sets the bar pretty high on service, atmosphere, and performance. From calming spa like music, to the atmospheric indirect lighting... Ichiban is the complete package. Whether you are looking for intimate and personal evening out, a business meeting with colleagues, or just looking to experience the theatre of hibachi dining . This comfortably spaced "Japanese Bistro" is a personal favorite.
EXCELLENT!! OMG the Waitress NICOLE was Magnificent!!! AMAZING!!! and OUTSTANDING!!! She got Me everything I wanted! Plus her bubbly personality made my Night!! The restaurant was super packed and Customer service normally goes down and so do the food!! BUT NOT HERE & NOT with Waitress Nicole!! She THRIVES under pressure!!! I loved her!!! Make sure you ask for Nicole!! Your dinner will be Delicious & Superb
Fantastic location for a special occasion celebration. It's not only dinner but you also get a show. This Japanese bistro is a fun experience. I ordered the filet mignon hibachi. My steak was tender and flavorful, I left satisfied and full. The ginger dressing for the salad is good. The bone broth soup hit the spot on a chilly day. The fried ice cream is excellent, they give it out for birthday celebrations. During covet, they are giving you plastic disposable ware, but you can ask for regular silverware.
