I had my class 5 road test and my examiner was Ms Tara TL and she helped me in calming my nerves before my road test. She was clear with her instructions before and during the road test. She was thorough profession and once test was over , she explained what improvements can be done to improve myself. Thank you so much Tara :
Usually I'd give this place 5 stars as that was my experience with both the road tests & the claims depts. However, I don't know what the heck is going on here ATM, but they failed my friend 3 times, & he's a better driver than i am. The reasons given were inconsistent and I do not believe he failed the first time, let alone the subsequent attempts. I'm not impressed.
The blonde lady their she gives racist vibes this is second time I examin with her she took me all around the town I did everything perfectly but she said I didn’t do 360 degree checking before reversing that’s why I’m failing no body had passed with her worst examiner ever I will never go this place I have driven 800000km on L license and can’t get my N because of her I’m moving to a different city next timenQuick update I spoke to the supervisor. I told him that I have video record of me doing the 360° checking and she was not paying attention so he yelled at me and said recording is not allowed so I told him that I have a Range Rover. They have a built-in cameras that recorded the inside and the outside and we can go and look the moment that she asked me to reverse That I was doing the 360° checking but she was not looking so he said unfortunately, there’s nothing you can. Do you gotta wait the 30 days before going again with three instructors, they all had no notes on me and I have driven 80,000 km in the past three months more than 14 hours a day of driving nonstop and he said yeah I can see here on the paper you have no mistakes except for this one sounds like how an experienced driver can feel such a thing and he didn’t have no answer so I’m gonna submit that video to ICBC now and do complain against both of them. The supervisor is like 5 foot 10 Spike hairglasses kind of skinny and the examiner. She was blonde hair a little bit fat about 5 foot four no idea about their names.
Tara the examiner is wonderful ! She is calm and she is resourceful.nI explained what I was doing during my actions and she took those feedbacks in mind and discussed them with me. I have had road tests before on school holidays, none of the examiners cared to remind me that schools are closed. Tara did although I actually checked it earlier cause I have failed for this before .
