I attended 2 weeks ago inquiring about motorcycle skills test. Told to book or drop in and wait. I attended yesterday and was told the same information. I told them I’ll be back tomorrow at 830 with my supervisor rider, two adults taking time off work to come in. Immediately I say I’m a walk in hoping for a spot. They say we’re fully booked. I say yeah I’m a walk in, I’ll just wait, I understand if there’s no spots.nn“There won’t be any spots! It’s fully booked, and we’re not taking any walk ins today! It’s because it’s so hot!”nnSo, frankly, I’m disappointed in the advice I received from two very helpful ladies to have one mean hearted and certifiable woman to shout across the line at me. Very disappointing.
It is ridiculous that they don't respect appointment time. I booked online to renew my ID which stated is a 10 minute appointment. Got here on time, and then they proceed to make you wait for over an hour. What's the point of appointments if you're not going to adhere by it?nnAnd they only have 1 or 2 counters working at a time out of the 9 counters they have. Such bad service.
I just want to give a huge shoutout to Mr. Yusuf for being an incredible examiner! I walked in feeling super stressed and anxious about the test. Mr. Yusuf picked up on my anxiety right away and took the time to explain how everything would go. He even chatted with me a bit to help calm my nerves. Thanks to him, I ended up driving smoothly and without any anxiety, and I got my license! He was truly awesome!!
Extremely and blatantly racist staff who has no respect for its customers. Made me wait 3 hours for a knowledge test, which I very easily passed. Yet they refused to give me my license due to errors with their vision test machine. The staff treated all minorities that walked in as subhumans. I am 16 years old and was born in Kamloops. They immediately assumed I was an international student from India. Even after showing valid ID, they were skeptical. I am just as Canadian as the staff there and this a very major issue that must be solved.
I just came here to change license. They took other walk appointments but i was waiting here from the opening of office. Very poor customer service. I will give zero star if there have.
