I want to file a complaint about my sister’s road test experience with an examiner named Neil.nnFrom the moment he entered the car, his attitude was rude and aggressive. He was raising his voice and at times screaming while giving instructions. This behavior was extremely unprofessional and made my sister feel very uncomfortable, nervous, and intimidated during the entire test.nnA road test is already a stressful situation. The examiner’s role is to provide clear instructions and maintain a calm and respectful environment so the driver can focus on safe driving. Instead, his tone and constant yelling created unnecessary pressure and confusion. Some instructions were not communicated clearly, which made the situation even more stressful.nnWe understand that not everyone passes on the first attempt, and we respect the evaluation process. However, every candidate deserves to be treated with respect, fairness, and professionalism.nnI kindly request that ICBC seriously review this examiner’s conduct to ensure future drivers are tested in a safe and professional environment. Please do take this serious.

My experience with ICBC was wonderful experience. My teacherdriver instructor his name its Mr.Sohen and he is one wonderful and passionate man. I appreciate him a lot and its strong suggestion to take him for your instructor. Believe me, no mistake! All the best for him
