Natalia Chernodon is a great professional, she is very attentive to details and explains all difficult moments with great patience.

I had a misfortune of engaging Natalia Chernodon this year for my Corporate Tax return. Natalia has shown an unprofessional behavior and was rude and impatient in her communications. Natalia has done a careless job. Further, she refused to explain the results of her work, saying that she had no time for explanations. Also, at the initial inquiry, she gave a low quote for her services, trying to beat competitors' prices. Then, during her work on the return, she kept adding charges for every tiny thing, pumping the price way over competitors. She was recommended to me by a close friend. When my friend saw Natalia's responses to my email request for explanations, he was very sorry for recommending her services. If you care about your finances and your relationship with your accountant, stay away from IAS Insightful Accounting Solutions Inc. (and Natalia Chernodon).
