Well, quite dissapointing. He connected a brass coupling to galvanized steel for my well connection. The meeting of the 2 different metals created excessive and premature corrosion 10 yrs in the pipe which leaked and caused me to lose all water pressure to the house. I consulted 3 different plumbers and was told by all that this was a common practice 30 yrs or so ago but not now. They said it was a bad practice. His bad plumbing cost me $1500. His customer service is no better. After ignoring my email I finally called. He was exceptionally unprofessional, said I was full of S--T, said I was wasting his time and hung up on me. My advice: find a real plumber.
The actually price to hook up my plumbing was more than double the originally quote, and then had to get real professionals to come and fix their mess.
Called to have heat pump serviced. Prompt response. Very courteous, knowledgeable and thorough techs. Highly recommend. Val Knight Antigonish
We had trouble with our heat and had 2 other companies look at it but couldn't fix it. Ian came out and had it working in less than an hour.
