I was first introduced to the team at Hyundai on Hunt Club a year and a half ago when my boyfriend bought his Elantra. Fast forward to this past week when I test drove and bought my own Tuscon! With the support and guidance of my wonderful sales associate Abdul, the sales manager Moose and the finance manager Adam, I walked out today feeling assured in my choice to choose Hyundai on Hunt Club
Would love to send these photos to the service department instead of posting them on Google but an email is conveniently not provided anywhere. Picked up my car after having been towed to the shop for a recall since NOV 30. Back ordered engine. My car is filthy. There is no reason I should have received my car back looking like this.nnOntop of this, I had to rush to get to the dealership tonight in order to return the rental that I had to push for due to Hyundai recall as it had to be returned by tomorrow night. Less than 24hr notice.nnThere is also no indication of when my next service is or what else was done to the car as this is missing. Tech told me before they closed on the phone that there was an oil changed performed but that is not recorded in the paperwork I received. When I arrived to pick up my car and wanted to discuss the work, I was told I would have to call tomorrow when the service department opened. This wouldn’t be necessary if the paperwork included the details. Customers shouldn’t be left to wonder and should never have to pick up a dirty car. I don’t think my car has ever been cleaned after a service and I always let it go but this is next level.
From start to finish, my experience at Hunt Club Hyundai exceeded my expectations. Each employee I met with was very knowledgeable, they could answer any question I had and they were all very professional.nnAbdul was my salesman and he went above and beyond to ensure I didn't feel pressured when it came down to making a final decision. Abdul is definitely an asset to their sales team.nnI am very happy with my new car!! Looking forward to having a reliable dealership to call whenever I need.
I like to share my experience from my last service at Hyundai Hunt club in Ottawa on March 19th .nI had a very bad experience from the customer service. The problem was that my seatbelt was stuck behind the headrest and they had to remove my seat to release the seatbelt. When I came to pick up my car very peacefully I asked to talk to a manager I wanted to suggest him/her to give a feedback to the manufacturer about the issue that I faced , I told him if I could release the headrest when the seat is in straight position the issue was solved without the need to remove the seat, I told him that I had Hyundai cars and I never faced such a issue like this and I told him that I believe this should be at least under warranty I told him that I will pay for it but I'm not happy about it but the person whose name was Mostafa very rudely told me that I didn't buy the car in their dealership and it's better to call the dealership that I bought my car to give any suggestion , I told him that I received my service here and you are presenting Hyundai brand and you are all on the one umbrella but he very aggressively talk to me and told me to call the manufacturer if I have anything to say, he repeatedly told me that it was the user error. I explained him that you are my contacts with Hyundai and it's not the matter of paying but I am shocked with your reaction and the way youbare talking to me, while I was still talking he said that I'm done and left the scene I asked him his name while he was going he made fun of me and loudly said my name is Adam there was another person and his name was Kunj I asked him about Mostafa's last name and he said that he doesn't know his last name and when I asked him about his name he said that you are asking private questions!!!! I asked him to take a photo of his name tag and he made a scene that I'm not comfortable you are taking picture of me!!!!! I asked him to give me his business card and he said that I don't have any business card I asked him to write his last name and he said that you are asking too much private questions we don't share our last names that is why we don't have the last name on the name tags !!!!!!nnThe way these two guys behaved me was pathetic , I will never ever go to this dealership again and at the end I should mention that I didn't even receive a good service the person who was mounting my seat didn't even care to remove my charging cable and he put my charging cable under the seat that you can see in the attached filennI was offended and they made fun of me and started laughing together, while I was respectfully talking to them. It was the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my entire life.nnI would like to ask you please check on this issue , I didnt receive a good service but I dont care about that because mistakes happen but the way these two guys behaved with me is unforgivable .
I highly recommend Hyundai On Hunt Club.nVery spacious bright showroom with an engaging and positive attitude .nThe sales manager Kunj was thorough and most helpful. Kevin my sales associate could not have helped me more . I am not the best with all the new tech stuff and he made it easy and straightforward . I left feeling happy and thrilled with my new vehicle .
