Feels like a greedy sell-only mentality dealership. Tried to get service info on a used Hyundai which I tried to purchase, was transferred to a salesperson who, instead, asked me what car I would like to buy from them. Once realizing it was for a service record only, never responded. Many requests from their Chat personnel for the same were answered extremely politely but to no avail over 24 hours. Many requests, promises, yet nothing sent to me. Ended up calling Hyundai Canada who promised to take the matter up with them. Very bad vibes... Sorry.... :
