Positive : polite and well maintainednNegative:nThey are doing a trick to claim more fee at head office. , and they waste our time for it. They do repair appointments and they dont have the parts in stockbasic part so you loose 3 hr for them to find the trouble and you have to come back because they are too cheap to keep basic hynday parts in stock , so they claim 2 appointments instead of 1. Lossing our time money and getting 2 claims at hynday head office instead 1.. how many customers they do that?nn- they close and change all our settings in car. So we got catch at night looking for opening the light on the road.nThey messed all ac and close stuff everywhere so we had to use another 30 minutes to re set up and find stuff.nnRe cap- DONT CLOSE AND MESS MY OPTIONS.nHAVE AT LEAST HYNDAY PART IN STOCK FOR BASIC REPAIR, YOU LOOK-FOOLISH AND I WILL REPORT THIS TO HYNDAY CANADA SINCE IT MAY BE A TRICK FOR YOU GUY TO BOOST REPAIR REVENU AND CLAIMING MORE AT HYNDAY CANADA
