Has a lot of ski hills, most kind of short, around 15 seconds of you go straight down. Has a terrain park, hills for setting race (slalom or gs) courses, and a area with courses that are just designed to be fun to go down, as well as two bunny hills for learning. Has ski lifts and rope tows. Race teams often train, so ski lifts by the race setting area usually take longer during the Alpine season. Has a drop off area, or paid parking by the building, otherwise you can go to a free parking lot farther away, and there is a shuttle that will take you to the ski area. Has a chalet if you get cold or tired. The chalet is nice and nothing has ever been stolen from me if I leave anything from gloves to skis or my phone. Has paid lockers if you're worried about that. There is a restraunt, but I don't recommend eating there as it is overpriced (25¢ for an empty paper cup, I think everything else costs at least 4$, except maybe a candy bar). All in all, great place to go skiing, and the snow is usually in good condition (better condition than the snow outside because they make snow), as well as great hills.

Highland Park is by far 1 of the top 10 parks in the state of Minnesota this place is awesome my kid just loves it I love it too it's a good place to go fishing they also rent paddle boats it's a good place to bring your canoe you name it. There's also miles of trails to ride your bike on or go hiking there's so many things to do at this park it's unbelievable and the play area can be used by Grown Ups 2 so you can chase your kid all through the park just try to keep up with them your kid will never want to go play at Burger King ever again no Park will ever be the same once they've been there on a scale of 1 to 10 this park is a 12

Cross country skiing review. They do a great job of grooming and snowmaking. Amazingly, the 5K loop of man made snow does not get boring. Great hills.

Great snowmaking, wide trails to handle lots of skiers, hills and flats in progressively more challenging loops make this an ideal place for Nordic skiing. When there is enough natural snow, lots of groomed trails for all skiers.

Thanks for teaming up with Cycle Health to create a great kids obstacle course race! It was a beautiful trail and a great event. And it give us an excuse to go to chutes and ladders park again! Living on the other side of the cities we don't go often, but it's one of our favorite play areas!
