Had a great stay here for our vacation! The location is very convenient and the rooms were comfortable and clean. We tried a couple of the nearby restaurants the staff recommended and really enjoyed our meals. It’s also perfectly located for watching theatre shows with two of the main theatres within a 5 minute walk. The staff were helpful and responsive to our needs. My only wish is that they had a deeper swimming pool, but I still enjoyed a quick dip on the hot days. Definitely recommend staying here!!
Recently stayed with my family of 4 with teenage boys, we stayed 5 nights and took in some Blue Jays games as well as checking out CN Tower, the aquarium, hockey hall of fame, watched a movie at the Scotiabank theatre and shopped at the Eatons Centre and in the shopping district on Queen St. The Hyatt’s location is second to none, all of the above were easy walking distance, there is a Starbucks in the hotel, a shoppers next door, a PC Grocery store a block away and it is surrounded by any number of food options. The rooms were clean, comfortable and updated, the outdoor pool which is really a massive hot tub was open until 10pm and a great atmosphere. The hotel gym had a great mix of free weights, machines, treadmills, ellipticals, and a Concept 2 rower, my sons and I actively work out at home and this hotel gym was one of the better hotel gyms I’ve ever seen. The staff were accommodating, checked our bags after checkout for no charge and made our stay 5 stars. I would recommend and stay at the Hyatt any time I’m back in downtown Toronto.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Hyatt! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch. A huge special shoutout to Rob at the front desk—he was super welcoming, friendly, and incredibly helpful throughout our entire trip. He truly went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed and made our stay extra memorable. We will definitely be back!
We had a great stay at this Hyatt. The room was wonderful. The staff at this hotel are spectacular. We especially had a wonderful experience at breakfast with Mr Mohamed and Ms Suzanne providing spectacular service and going out of their way to make us very happy. I highly recommend this hotel.
This hotel is in a great location, within easy walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. We used the underground parking, which was $40 with in-and-out privileges. While convenient, I definitely miss the days when parking was included in the stay!nnThe staff were very pleasant. Akshat checked us in and was especially helpful, letting us know to reach out if we needed anything. The front desk mentioned that our room was in one of the newly renovated sections, and it was indeed very clean and modern.nnThat said, the room was smaller than an average hotel room. We booked a corner room expecting a bit more space, but it was actually quite small, so I wouldn’t recommend paying extra for that upgrade. The bathroom was also very compact. We were surprised to find a bathtub instead of a stand-up shower in a newly renovated room. The sink was tiny with very limited counter space for toiletries.nnOverall, the price was reasonable, and the lobby and common areas were clean and welcoming. A good place to stay for the location and value.
