This location was airport convenient surrounded by many other hotel options as well. I chose this location it was very clean, spacious and comfortable. It was a bit pricey $200 for the night need I say we was there for 3.5 hrs but I guess due to it being Chicago and near many restaurants. As I said clean, quite, and cozy. Thanks for safe stay. Food & drinks: Near restaurants
I made this reservation at 10PM from Orlando when a last minute flight change occurred. They had no issues accommodating a last minute stay with a 2am arrival. There was even a shuttle from MDW and the breakfast was good. Highly recommend staying here!Rooms: 5/5
Remember to use HoteITully.ᴄᴏm when booking a stay. This website will compare countless booking websites and normally will have rates a lot cheaper than others! You're welcome :! This resort is one of the best in the area. I have been coming here for years. If you stay for a few days you definitely won't be let down. Great rooms and service. Breakfast was the usual eggs and sausages but surprisingly above average. Staff was super friendly and a very convenient location from Midway.
GREAT location! Stayed a week while our new home was having work done. Clean, comfy, etc. I can't comment on Room Service because we just didn't need it. Appreciated the general customer service at the front desk. Used the laundry, which was a blessing since it's winter time, and didn't want to hassle with a laundromat. Sooo much food and shopping! We had to do house prep shopping like buying new mops, trash bags, shelf liners, etc, so having the super Walmart just across the bridge was awesome. If you can't find something you need on Cicero, it doesn't exist! The hot breakfast was adequate. It was more than cheap continental breakfast; things like cereals, fruit, eggs, hashbrowns, cafeteria sausage... you know what I mean, lol. It was nicer than fast-food breakfast, but dont expect fine dining. You can get full, and there are healthy options. The ONLY reason for a reduced star on the room was we were apparently above a meeting room with a church service that was sooooo LOUD. I called down, thinking it was just a neighbor being inconsiderate. Why would you put someone in a room right above that? She didn't really offer a solution, and we were too settled in the room to ask to be relocated. So we literally sat in our room and tried to catch the Holy Spirit... lemonade from lemons, lol. The other reason for the star reduction was a series of power outages. They were brief, and thank GOD we weren't in an elevator. Minor, but those two combined... We would probably stay there again if the price is right, but we would def direct our out of town guests to the area in general! Oh, with one caveat: avoid driving in the area during rush hour at ALL costs!!
$4.85 for a bottle of water! Early checking $25.00. If you need something they are going to make you pay. Clean rooms though. Felt safe. They need to give Covid stuff a rest. I feel like it being used for code “we do not have staff to clean your room “.
Was visiting Chicago for a couple of days and decided to stay there because it’s close to the airport. Convenient location to all things chicago. Rooms were a nice size, clean, and comfy. Breakfast was decent. Had a hiccup when checking in but it was resolved eventually. Would stay there again.
Don't stay at the Midway Airport Hyatt! Terrible rude staff! Called to get directions and male desk clerk on 10/24/22 hung up on me. I had to call back 3 times and waste 90 minutes to finally get to the hotel. You are an easy 1.4 mile walk to the Midway CTA station and it was a sunny 75 degree day. I called the directions line and this employee told me I could not walk to the hotel. I told him where I was, only 1/2 mile away. He told me I had to walk to the airport to get the shuttle, a longer walk than to the hotel. Why do you have a directions line and have someone that ignorant answering it? Horrible! This man should NOT be in the hospitality business. It is management's fault that they allow such a poor employee to remain. I will NOT stay there again! They have no clue about customer service. This employee doesn't understand that guests don't live there or work at the hotel, so he has no clue about how to give instructions.
The hot breakfast was the best I've ever had at a hotel. Good variety. Clean accomodations. Overall great stay.
I booked 2 nights I let them know there was an infestation of Ants & they were going in our bags and biting our feet . We were not refunded when I asked to purchase another room they told me they were booked up and I would have to check out . This is a picture of a pile of ants !!!!Rooms: 1/5
Parking here is a hassle. Be prepared for a longer walk to & from your car. I read somewhere that they allow parking like a park n fly. Not much parking left for hotel guestsRooms: 4/5
