My husband had changed the battery in his watch and wasn't able to snap the back of the watch back on without a press. He took it in to Huyen and they had it for literally 10 seconds and charged him 15$ for the service. Although they did provide the service and he didn't purchase the battery there, I was surprised that they thought that a substantial fee was warranted. I wouldn't shop here if you are expecting a fair deal.

had a ring repaired here last week. there was a minor miscommunication on one aspect of the work that was expected. This was very quickly and expertly addressed at no cost. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and was done in a timely manner. Highly recommend. This is a skilled and experienced jeweler. Price was fair.

A wonderful store. I went in for a couple job repairs and purchases and the service was friendly. Of course there was a few language problems but of course nothing you can't fix unless you're close minded and think the world revolves around u. 10 out 10 would recommend.

Just got my ring back they did an amazing job fixing it ! It's stronger now than it was new ☺

Been four times, twice for watch batteries, once for a watch and, and once to buy silver chains. Understand some complaints, but they are about small cultural differences that not everyone in small communities get. I've had good and businesslike dealings with two different owners and think they are a decent business.
