Absolutely unacceptable experience at this Husky gas station 514 Victoria St E, New Tecumseth on May 5th around 10:30 PM. The staff member on duty falsely accused me of littering, claiming I threw tissue paper on the property — when all I did was properly dispose of my receipts in the garbage bin. They can even check the camera if they want!nnWhen I calmly went inside to explain, he didn't just refuse to listen — he escalated the situation, kept blaming me and arguing, and then didn’t let me fill gas & declined my payments, I was insulted, humiliated, and treated like a criminal for no reason.nnThis kind of abusive and unprofessional behavior is disgusting. The owner needs to take strict action against this staff member before more customers are treated this way. If I get the time, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau of Ontario and Parkland Corporation as well.nnAvoid this location until they learn how to treat people with basic respect.
Today I sent in an official complaint about this gas station to the government of Canada using their complaint for procedure. I fully believe the gas stations are colluding and price fixing. There is no way Alliston gas prices went from 7 cents a litre cheaper for decades to now the most expensive gas stations in central/south Ontario. I have advised others to do so also. In the same complaint I included all Alliston gas stations. Price gouging and price fixing is illegal and you guys are clearly doing it.
Not a good place to get gas. They always double charge my credit card when I prepay for gas and tell me I have to wait 5 days for my refund. A bunch a scammers I think. Get gas elsewhere if you don’t want to deal with these jokers. Use to be a good place to get gas.
Great location. If you come at the right time, you might be able to grab some low priced gasoline. There is also a coffee and a convenience store, just like most other gas stations. If you are a myHuskyRewards member me the points value is great: 1 point per litre. 130 points for a free coffee .
This was the best place to get gas until recently. The owner is rude and has the worst customer service. I will be taking my money elsewhere from now on. If I could give this place a zero I would.
