Husky Gas

Same exact experience as Angela's review only 6 months later. Half the pumps have signs saying out of order. The 'working' pumps all have signs saying you have to pay inside. Not open before 11 AM on a Saturday? Then I'm happy to give my money to your competitors even when you are open.

Hastings and Holdom location. Best price for diesel today, or I would have said 1 star. Pumps broken for a long time > 1 year. No intention to fix, obviously. A manhole cover was tipped up and hit the bottom of my car. Someone dropping a tire in the hole would have a nasty surprise. Signboard out saying 5 c/l in Canadian Tire money -- didn't that deal get dropped last June??

I got scammed by this gas station ! I put 10$ in gas and nothing change in my gauge! I thought maybe it needed some time, so i drove few kilometers, but nope, i had to stop at the next gas station to put 15$ and magic my gauge was half full!!! There are cheaper but now you know why !!! Please avoid them !!!

They don’t bother fixing their pumps to accept payment at the pump, requiring you to go inside. BUT they don’t let you in to pay at 10:30 AM and wave a piece of scrap paper that says “OPEN at 11:00.” I’ll never go here again.

Service not so personable. I realize it's just a gas station but some of staff seem to not want to work there.

Gas pumps at this location have always been a problem. They're either working half the time or not working. I don't know why the owner of this location doesn't look into this issue? Perhaps they don't fill-up their vehicle at this location and go somewhere else. The only time they're busy is when gas is at a lower price.

In the off chance went inside to pay after fueling up. Young pony tailed guy was manning the till. Was quick and super friendly. 10/10 would pay inside again. No, who am I kidding? Going to pay at the pump unless it's out of receipt paper like this last time.

Don’t bother coming here only one pump working! And it couldn’t take a credit card at the pump. Guy gave me huge attitude when I asked why the bother opening with one pump.

Located on the south east corner of Victoria Drive and 53rd Avenue in South Vancouver. It's a great place to get gas, soft drinks, coffee, snacks or a lottery ticket. Conveniently open from early morning till late at night it's a great one stop shop.

Unlike the top review, this is actually for the Husky on the corner of Holdom and Hastings, not the Vancouver one. The longer blonde haired guy with glasses that works there has a serious attitude and can be quite rude. I like to give people second chances, in the event he might have been having an off day last time, but nope, he's apparently always like that. The two customers ahead of me yesterday were a warning sign, he is short, abrupt and acts like you're inconveniencing him. I went to make my purchase and asked if he had anything different and he abrasively responds with a take it or leave it attitude. So I left it. I was polite when I asked my question, non aggressive and smiling, yet treated like I offended him by talking. If you can't be decent/pleasant to people, then customer service is not for you. I don't know who he knows to stay employed.
