Having bought a used quick hitch for the JD 1025R, it had come without the manuals. Went in and had a terrific experience from the parts people to others in the store. While asking about the manuals, I was referred to two different people, one of which found some of the manuals that I was looking for. I had asked, because I could not find any videos on how to remove the auto-connect attachment and put on the pto for the snowblower, if they had any info. I was directed to a person, who I was told, 'is better than any manual ever written.' He was right. This person took me to the back and went through the two boxes that made up the auto-connect and showed me two different ways of removing the auto connect to connect the pto for the snowblower. I then bought the two parts that I needed, left with the knowledge on how to remove the auto-connect and some manuals. A very happy customer who will spread the news about the experience and will be back. Thank you for a 14 out of 10 experience.
