I had an exceptional experience at Hunstville Honda, all thanks to the wonderful employees. From stepping foot in the door, everyone greeted me, smiled and made me feel welcome. I was on the search for a used car, and needed one quickly! Evan Morse helped me with my search from beginning to end! He was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and most important, not pushy! He listened to everything I was looking for, and in the end that’s what made the difference of where to go. Thanks again Evan Morse, for the best customer service, and car I could have hoped for. Anyone looking, he’s your guy!!!

It is always a pleasure dealing with Sean Morrison. We are very happy with the excellent service Sean provided us and made our purchase a whole lot less stressful. No pressure. He was great at explaining and took the time to answer all of our questions. All of the staff we dealt with during our purchase were great. When we came to pick up the vehicle everything was ready to go as promised.

I was interested in a 2013 Ford Flex Limited. I live almost 2 hours away so I had asked the sales guy to check for rust, specifically between the top of the windshield and the roof line. He went out, checked and assured me there was no rust, took a video as well, but it was hard to see as the roof part was just a quick movement in the video. We came to an agreement on price and I left a deposit. Took the day off work, got up early, crammed a 2 year old and a 5 year old and all their stuff in our car, drove all the way out there, and rust. Not just in any area, the specific area I had asked him to check. And not just a tiny spec, 4-5 dime to nickel sized spots I could see from 10ft away! His response was, " oh I thought that was water". And then he had the nerve to ask if I was interested in anything else they had. Felt like he took a chance on me not seeing the rust. So all in all, this cost me one vacation day, 4 hours of driving, and $100 out of pocket. Not to mention the 4 hours of driving I could have done without. Thanks Huntsville Honda for the waste of time

I purchased my 2016 Honda Civic EX-T from Huntsville Honda and it is great. I was in contact with Rob whom assisted me with the car purchase and answered all my questions. They had amazing customer service and would recommend anyone looking for a Honda to visit Hunstville Honda and ask for Rob.
