They usually do a very good job. And a better job if you order pick-up. Delivery will get you undercooked and over cooked food. Yes my pizza was soggy, and you know it's bad when you haven't eatin all day, you usually think things taste better. Also I agree with a few comments there is a very angry man that works there for reasons- I don't know why. I didn't care to ask for his name and I didn't know his life was so miserable before I met him, and now I do. I gave him a $10 cash tip btw for also... reasons I don't know why.
I love hungry howies. The only issue I’ve had recently was when I placed an online order for delivery. They chose to use doordash to deliver our food. The driver did not have our salad and said he couldn’t go back and get it. Then he drops our sauce on the porch, doesn’t clean it up and tosses the container in the parking lot!! I called hungry howies and they did bring our salad. From now on I will not order for delivery unless they use their own drivers
I tried to order here multiple times, it is always wrong or burned. Terrible service, managed poorly by old and rude staff. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE. The other local stores do it better.
I ordered food at 9:14pm and the restaurant closes at 10pm. The estimated time was 40 mins. After 10pm, if you try to call them, it will send you to an automated message saying to call back later. It's fine if y'all take past 10 for the order, I'm sure it's super busy, but there should be SOME way to contact you still... After the tracker hadn't moved for 40 minutes, I assumed y'all had just canceled the order and I was ready to dispute the charge. Only just now 10:15pm has the tracker updated to show there are people still in the restaurant and the pizza is still on the way. I'm glad everything worked out, but ***it would be nice if you kept your lines of communication open if you still have orders in progress.***

I’ve been ordering from here for 15 years. Never had any issues, always as I ordered. And the new super friendly bubbly brunette behind the counter puts a smile on my face every time I walk in. GREAT customer service!
If I could leave 0 stars I would this place this nuts $6 for delivery fee. I had my food for take out total was $37 and some change I hand them $50 oh I can't break a 50. How can u not give me $13 back this is the last time I am ordering food from this place I'll take my business to another place.
Always great pizza. Love that garlic crust. Ordered twice as much as I needed, cold Pizza is always good.
Fresh, hot, and so yummy! The Highland location is awesome. I am not always crazy about their delivery times, so we pick it up instead. If you need a last minute dinner idea that isn't going to hit your wallet hard, call them up! Employees are really nice also.
Constructive criticism.... They need more workers Which is hard to find with covid, I get it. But its also not the employees problem Definitely upto management or owner. I walk in on a Friday night to see only 2 people working obviously lookied stressed, 1 was also delivering pizza... It makes customers upset to wait, and makes employees stressed out, making mistakes and leaves no time for proper customer service. Also none of these issues of which I've ever encountered myself at this location. But when I went to leave a 5 star review to see quite a lot of negative reviews as well. Sometimes I feel badly for ordering from here when they are so short staffed in result not wanting to order again. Other then that I personally had greatly timed food and service. Always do. No complaints otherwise. they Just always seem so short staffed.
