I ordered 2 pizzas and Howie bread, paid online with a debit card for delivery. Door Dash arrived and demanded payment? I never received my food. I called Hungry Howie and explained what took place.and they said to call door dash. Bottom line, I wasn't expecting door dash. I ordered online with Hungry Howie not door dash. I never received my food and got the run around. I don't have a door dash account, now they have all my personal info. Hungry Howie left me Hungry!
Ordered a pizza and said 40 minutes. When we called after an hour passed the manager basically just said he doesn’t care if his food arrives late and would t do anything. Horrible response from a manager of a restaurant when they have not met the service time provided. Food showed up 20 min late and cold. Also dropped the sauce on our sidewalk. Very poor customer service. These places will not survive if they can’t find better service.
This is a service review. Jo who got my order this Sunday was very pleasant and even applied a coupon to my order for me to reduce the price. Seth was also very helpful, very quick, and made ordering simple. I hope you pay these people more than 14/hr, they are awesome.
pizzas are fantastic, one of my favorites in the area. workers are super friendly and accommodating to me being Deaf.
Got this pizza from our local hungry Howie's in Holland, Mi. It appears the dough didn't rise, so it was super flat and hard. Called to complain in a super polite way, and was told rudely that's just how their pizza is. I've had lots of Hungry Howie's but never had pizza like this before.
Reliable pizza. That's how I feel about these guys. Everything is always exactly what you expected. They're on time, every time. Yes,My boyfriend ordered a pizza,bread sticks and three twenty ounce drinks for us. The delivery man went out of his way,To come back and give us extra napkins. That was so nice of him. Since,We were in the park called Timber Town.
