The pizza is way good with the flavored crust! We got the butter cheese crust and it was amazing. The stuffed Howie bread is very good as well.
First time here, we got a large pizza and a Howie bread to take home. Both were very good. You should try the Howie bread
Tried Howie’s today because it was close to where I live and had great reviews… My daughter was eating her cheese pizza and near the crust she said there was a piece of hair in it. She tried to pull it out but it was baked into the cheese/dough. Very disappointed. Stuffed cheese bread was also not that great, could use more cheese.
1st time customer & I'll definitely be back! So many options of flavored crusts, I couldn't decide. Settled on the Asiago cheese & loved it. I could smell the cheese as soon as U opened the box. The Howie bread was good but greasy. Vegetarian options: Lots of vegetarian toppings to choose from! Very impressed
First time trying the pizza here. We loved the flavored crust and the bread. I like that they have so many topping choices. Yay for green olives! We will eat here again.
Bought some Howie’s Bread and got a free medium pepperoni pizza through a Wasatch savers promotion. I’m impressed! The pizza is cheesy and the crust is buttery cheesy delicious. That’s what this place is about: you can choose flavored crust.
HOWIE YOUVE FAILED ME First off let me preface this, I don't ever leave reviews unless really really good or really really bad and this takes the cake for being the later. For years I've been a fan of HH but only enjoy it once or twice a year cause I live 40ish mins away, I had the chance to grab one today so I did. The lady takes the order and of course my favorite part choosing the crust awesome 15 or so mins she says, no problem. Then 40 mins goes by a few people come in order, wait and get their food. The last few people waiting get their food then the same lady that had just took my order asked me if I had been helped, I said yes I'm waiting for the order YOU took from me, she asked me for my name then proceeded to hand me the world's coldest pizza and nearly forget my sauce, at this point I'm alittle miffed for it taking so long and don't want to wait another 40mins for one so I say screw it I'll heat it up when I get home. Then after the drive back home I am greeted by this plane crust 2yr old cut abomination. I don't want to loose all faith on you Howie but this one's a tough one. Maby Clearfield does a better job‍
Decided to give this pizza place a try sense it has great reviews. It did not disappointed! Chicken bacon ranch pizza was super good! This is going to be our go to place and we will be trying to flavored crust next time. Good service as well!
Summary of pros n cons. Pros. Good food. I think price reflects quality. Cons. Long wait time. Whatever the app ETA IS, add 60% I.e. if it says “40 minutes” itll be at least 1hr 10mins. If it says 1 hour, it’ll be at least 1.5 hrs. I really hope they get on this. Weather this means better staff, better incentive for staffs, or staff standing up to their corporate overlords and saying “the apps ETAs are unrealistic”. I wouldnt mind waiting longer for my carry out, if i could do other things during that time. Vs showing up at 6:48, when it said ETA is 6:40, and waiting in that crammed room with plenty of coughing customers till 7:15 pm. And this isnt an isolated “we are very busy” incident. Weather we are the only clients, or one of dozens in that parking lot, wait time is always longer than the ETA. The food is good enough that we still put up with all that on occasion. But we would be more “frequent flyers” if that con went away. I’d give them that fifth star if it wasn’t for this one big “con”.
We always love Hungry Howie's and this location did not disappoint! Great service, friendly guys working hard to make quality pizza, delicious food. Highly recommended!Food: 5/5
