Best hungry howies i have ordered from. Recently moved to metamora from macomb. Realizing thats not many options for food delivery this location is the only one who delivers to my home. Deliveries are always fast foods hot and fresh cant complain!
The prices are ridiculous for the quality. They skimp on toppings and cheese, it's basically bread and sauce. The only thing that makes it worth it is the coupons, which they will argue with you about. Howie Tracker earns it 2 stars instead of 1.
Terrible. Took 5 minutes to take my order of an antipasto salad with ranch. Took 20 minutes to make the salad. They overcharged me and then gave me 1 little ranch packet for a large salad. I'll eat the garbage in the vending machine at work before I come here again
Different experience. You order on the phone for pickup and a call center in India takes your order. But it was accurate!
Nice clean store. Staff was friendly . food was ready in a timely manner.
Manger told me it's up to me when I pick up my order to make sure they gave me everything. When I got upset at her response she said she would put me on the no call list. I called corporate and they took my information. Still waiting on a call 5 days later. P.S I had curve side pick up Thank you for making things right. You are awesome. We enjoyed our pizza and bread sticks.Food was great.
I ordered at 6:50 they said it would be delivered in 50 minutes at 8:05 I called the store she said the delivery person left with our order 10 minutes ago. At 8:25 I called the store they hung up on me 3 times so my husband called from his phone and they answered and he asked how was our food still going to be still good after leaving the store more than 30 minutes ago. It was delivered at 8:30. Since I already paid over the phone we took it and could definitely tell it had been sitting for a long time. They could have just said when I ordered that they were really backed up and I could have either picked it up or not ordered. $32 for 2 subs and bread should be at least decent. I give this a 0 for customer service.
Pizza is very good. Love the selection of flavored crusts. Stay away from anything that involves lettuce salads, subs, etc... the veggies tend to be a tad old lettuce has almost always been trending yellow in my experience. Pickup times are fastest in the area.
I have made so many orders here I'm afraid to think how much money I have spent here over the years. Pizza is almost always great. Had an issue with a double charge a while back. Manager asked for address because they wanted to make it right but never did receive anything. We still order here as there are not many options in the area and despite the charge issue the pizza is always good.
We order here often and the past several times we've gotten pizza it is much lower quality than it used to be. We just picked up three pizzas and an order of bread, two of the three pizzas were not cut and two of the three pizzas were under cooked instead of well done like they were ordered. The bread was not cut also and we ordered two sauces with the bread and got none. A little disappointed! We used to get so much better quality from this place! It won't stop us from going there because we honestly love their pizza but it is disappointing not to get what you're expecting!
