Worst clinic ever, very rude receptionist does't let you speak, on the phone on at office, today they stopped me to go inside because they didn't tell me to have mask on, and when I asked I will wear one if they have any, they responded that they don't have even one spare mask, how on earth a clinic which even now asks for mask done't have any spare one! they receptionist asked me that she's going to cancel my appointment. Dr.Hummel which thankfully is not my Dr anymore told me has no spare mask in his office! I don't know how he runs his "Business" there! How you can trust him?
Um, so I rated a 1 star, two months ago after the reviews on this page got wiped. Now there are five 1 star ratings. Clearly people have issues with the receptionist. She tries to make it impossible to reach my allergist, who already told me that I can just call in for a follow up. Whatever the policy is at the clinic, the receptionist is a bit rude. I was referred to this clinic because it's close to me, but in any case, I might switch over.
