the reception staff is very rude and unprofessional, although Dr shefi is very professional and kind. it's to bad he has incompetent staff tarnishing his offices name, I've experienced it personally aswell of heard it from others. the 3 lost stars is solely because of them.

Once Upon a Time go this place used to be a really awesome place to go. It used to be run by a different man and now it's run by dr. Shafi if I recall probably spelling his name wrong. Unfortunately the staff has lost a lot of great members that used to be very personable and nice deal with. Nowadays they've got people in there that don't even want to deal with you or listen to a little bit of input they're only there to do what they're paid to do your opinion doesn't mean anything to them and 90% of the fillings they've done need to be redone which is the the reason why I was in today and the only thing I've asked to get taken care of like I made clear to them the last appointment I was in I'm in the process of trying to buy a house and I need all my money. Before under the other management they would have listened to what I had said and I wouldn't have been surprised when I walked in there trying to do three other things that weren't even on the same side of my face as that issue when I tried explaining it to them the lady got upset and wouldn't listen to me and just kept doing what she was doing to the point where I literally had to get up and say I'm not paying for this goodbye and I walked out. And then when I called back later that evening to find out how to get my information so that I can go find another doctor they picked up the phone and hung up on me because they clearly knew who it was unprofessional group of morons don't waste your time On an alternative note doctor Shafiei it's great when I worked with him personally

Dr. Shafiei is a great dentist and a great guy. I have had the chance to visit over 5,000 dental offices across North America in my 28 years of being a dental representative and Michael is one of the most talented and gentle dentists I have ever met! I would highly recommend Michael and his team.
