I've always chosen this clinic over any other but I've recently encountered some pretty bad judgement calls. I called in early and was able to book for 2 months later. I received a phone call a month later telling me they had to reschedule me for 2.5 months later (because of their (forseeable?) move). I wasn't too disappointed until I realized that they moved my appointment to the end of the line instead of moving everyone else down.
They saved themselves a few extra phone calls and I had to reschedule other appointments, cancel leaves and replacements, and was not been able to get my yearly appointment on time (which affects future appointments and insurance arrangements).
I was able to get in with another dentist much much earlier.
