Ordered flooring and installation, ended up missing boxes when they were being installed while I was away. Then the floors were very uneven few feet by the wall and going down the hallway. They did not make sure when installing and refuse to fix. Also my husband was sick while home due to heart issues and the installer months later got sick and blamed it on the house says we have rodents problems not true. When he actually stated to us mice are bad this winter so keep a eye out, since he had as alot in his shop at home. We have spent 20 grand with them and all we are getting now is hassel. Not impressed with this company.
Subject: Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service from Mr. RonnToday I had a very disappointing experience Mr. RonnnWe purchased 20 pieces of a specific flooring wood trim. After checking our measurements, we realized we needed a total of 35 pieces 14 ft each. Unfortunately, they didn’t have enough of the same one in stock, so we decided to switch to a different style that was available.nnThe lady who helped us during the change was very kind and knowledgeable, but she accidentally forgot to remove the original 20 pieces from our invoice. As a result, we were charged for both the old and the new trims.nnSince I had an appointment, I didn’t check the invoice right away. When the delivery arrived, I realized the mistake. I went back to the store to explain the situation.nnMr. Ron’s first response was: “I don’t know.”nThere was no willingness to listen or understand the issue. His attitude felt dismissive, and the customer service was zero.nnMy wife and I both have experience in retail and understand how systems work. We politely asked him to check in the system or confirm with the delivery staff. He finally checked and confirmed that the 20 original pieces were never delivered.nnInstead of an apology, his reaction looked as if he was doing us a favor by refunding us—when in reality, it was our own money that had been wrongly charged.nnMy feedback:nnTreat all customers respectfully.nListen first before dismissing concerns.nAcknowledge mistakes and resolve them professionally.nWe both work in the same industry and deal with customers daily, so we understand mistakes happen—but good customer service is about how you handle them. Unfortunately, this experience left us very dissatisfied.
I bought a snow blower and I had it delivered it’s very nice knowing that they deliver because it was so much help easier having it delivered. Great service
Good selection of hardware and lumber. I've also found their store brand of paints to work better than many others over the years and well as the store brand silicone.
I had a amazing experience here at home hardware, the staff were so nice and friendly. I came in there with a vague idea of what I needed for a home project, they took the time to walk me through the process. Everything was well organized and easy to find and the checkout was quick and smooth.
