I am self employed and could not qualify at 5% down Now family was willing to help me but how do we pay them back in reasonable time. Plus we wanted to live in south and of course wife wanted newer house. So you can imagine all these things and why there was no option. Naseer Chaudhry suggested to look for a house which is somewhat newer but needed lots of work. We found one in Sage Creek for $380k. House was destroyed inside by students so it needed lot more than what we could spare for Reno's. Naseer used his resources to buy wholesale materials and his trades. It took 60 days but house was brand new from top to bottom. He was there everyday. Value came at 550k, so we were able to pay family back right away plus pay all trades and had money left over. Now I am sure there are lots of banks, mortgage brokers but not many people will do what he did and he did not charge us a penny. He got paid by the bank but I don't think they pay you to do this kind of work and for so long Now we have beautiful house, 6 bedrooms and beautiful front and backyard. We cannot express our gratitude in words so when we cook something nice, we always drop some at his house. He is happy and we are happy Win win situation May God bless him Imtiaz Ahmaf
