Dropped trailer off to install blank tank wash. Was told it's 1 hour job. Also asked to adjust sway control cause trailer was low, check battery because it wasn't working and change $30 water rod ( unscrew and screw in ) 4 days later they tell me it's longer than 1 hour job but everything else is done and I needed trailer for camping. Picked it up and received $360 bill. Battery diagnostic ( which apparently has a on and off switch which I didn't know about but they must have ) , rod was replaced and sway bar was was done but wrong way so my trailer is sitting even lower now. So technically for an hour of work adjusting it wrong way they charged me $360 including $30 rod and kept trailer for 4 days. Gonna spend money somewhere else to re-adjust it. Not going there ever again

This place has all the little bits and pieces you need for your old or new rv trailer. The owner is a the best!! He has been there for years and knows exactly what you need!

Peter and Pat are always very helpful and lovely to talk to. I always feel welcome whenever I come by. They have, on a number of occasions, performed minor repairs at no cost (just this summer I had a small wiring issue that they fixed on the spot within 30 minutes and never charged me a penny). I continue to go there year after year and have always had a good experience.
You MUST love cats though! They have lots of them around the shop!!!

Camper was there for 8 weeks and they never started work until week after it was promised to be completed. They did a horrible repair job, charged well over the quoted price ($4,600 paid on a $3,500 quote). I asked for an updated sub-total that took over a week to give (probably because they were scared to tell me knowing they were ripping me off) and the owner yelled at me when I said it was unacceptable that our camper would not be ready 7 days after promised for a camping trip that I already had to cancel once because it wasn't ready and was not going to do so again. Said it was my fault it took so long because I hummed and hawed giving them a decision when it took them a week to give me the sub-total (how long does it take to add up some numbers?) when he had already ordered the part. Also blamed it on the season starting a month and a half later than normal. How is that my fault, and they had it for over 8 weeks and never mentioned that from the outset? At no point during the 8 weeks had anyone contacted me with an update, while I must have called 10 times during the 8 week period to inquire about an update.
Part of the $4,600 paid was suppose to be for a check over. Camper had outside light not working, fridge was not working (worked for the last 5 years), they had broken the hinges on the pantry doors during their repairs that I had to fix myself, they left metal shavings all over the floor (great for kids), and about a dozen other items missed that I was aware of in addition to not fixing several other things I had asked to be looked at.
I'd previously brought camper in for service and was not overwhelmed with the service, but reasonably enough satisfied, yet I will NEVER bring it back their for anything and will make sure none of my friends do either. The staff there are very nice and helpful but the owner is a jerk that will never see another penny from us. I should have listened to my wife and friends who said "don't go there" and suggested numerous other places more deserving of our patronage.

Great service, Peter and Pat are the nicest couple ever! And if you are looking for a hard-to-find RV part they'll track it down for you!
