To be honest, I like the fact that you can find good deals on some quality brands if and only if you get to it on time, cause you won't be the only one bagain hunting. The staff are always helpful and pleasant. If you do not get the size you seek for an item you like, ask the staff to check other locations they should be able to hook you up. Plus, they stock everything.
Hatice was amazing helping to find a suit for my son. Without her it would have been a long stressful process. She went above and beyond. Thank you for all the help and being so pleasant. :
The worst return policy. I couldnt find my receipt but I have a credit card statement and the clothes are in perfect condition with tags. They will only issue store credit because they are obviously very desperate for sales.
The Black Friday sale was fantastic..they had a great assortment of sizes and colours for what we were looking for, however when we got to the checkout, the Gentleman who was the cashier grossly over charged us, as he was the one applying the discounts..I tried to tell him that he was incorrect..but he advised that.he was right. I made him walk through the store with my items..and he found out that he was incorrect and then had to ring up everything again, and with a huge lineup.. people weren't impressed..but no apology came forth..?? No good for retail business, or any business for that matter..
Wasn't impressed with the sale prices. I was going to get a pair of gloves and the sales person told me that they were selling for full price.nThere were sale signs all around 50% off 30% off . I must have found the full price table.
