they have the worst customer service on the planet.bad services for the online shopping.the're fooling people.i don't understand a store who sells a luxury clothes can't even afford a good quality of customers service.i lost my password i've been contacting these people many time just to recover it it's been 2 months nobody cares.so i lost my account and they lost a customer.they don't even have a technical department, and they don't take any thing serious.that's ok but what made me upset is that i explained to many agent what happened and nobody cares,nobody helps. nobody is trying to make an effort to resolve this issue.omg they're so useless .i feel bad because i was a customer for years but now Iam done with this joke store

Old, dirty, in dire need of a renovation and always under staffed! Feels like a bargain annex, clearance centre? Also could the restrooms be anymore disgusting? Light bulbs burned out, door locks broken, haven't been updated in years and are so poorly located in the store! This store is an embarrassment to the mall. 😡😞

Just got back from attempting to shop for makeup on a day (2nd January) when the Mall was unbelievably busy. The Bay largely empty and not an assistant to be seen. When we asked at a neighbouring department for help we were told “oh ... I think there is no one there today”. No further help offered. We walked out the store and will join many others in taking our business elsewhere. Assume the decision is being made to close the store.

Love the Bay, hate shopping in this store. It's dirty, old and unorganized. Ceiling on the second floor is disgusting. I cannot justify paying a premium for product sold in a dump.

Usually enjoy shopping here as I do not ask for assistance often. I was in to purchase a suit yesterday and had a terrible experience. About 5 of us customers walking around aimlessly needing assistance but none to be found, over 10 minutes and no one to help. Selection was absolutely terrible to find a suit, no sizes available and I am of average size. I ended up walking away irritated and disappointed. I ordered multiple suits online and will be happy to return the ones that don't fit, probably faster to go this route.
