Estimates are front-loaded My car was evaluated for a repair and I was charged 58% of the total labor cost for the assessment. The owner said that this practice is to help him 'win' the business, so that the customer opts for his garage to do the work. At a $95/hour labor rate, it should not take an hour to figure out an obvious problem, and replacement of a ball joint & axle would most certainly take more than 44 minutes to complete. Well, he 'lost' my business. I had my car towed away and fixed elsewhere.

Great service, great work! Very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly staff! Solved a problem with my car that other garages haven't been able to solve for months! Joe pinpointed it and got the job done! Will definitely be using this garage again!
