It's nice to have a hometown butcher shop . The owner is very courteous and helpfully with any questions I have.
Nice market. They have a nice selection of meats and sausages. The sandwiches are good. The salads are way to wet. All around a decent place if your looking for something a little different.
Hub Market is a great place for all your Butcher needs. It is also a friendly environment to sit and have a Deli Sandwich with an awesome cup of chili.

Italian Hub Sub is pricey at $11, to me, but the wife and I found it to be worth it and most enjoyable. This place is a must see; bar, deli, butcher, beer, wine, select refrigerated and frozen goods... wine tasting room in the back and outdoor seating. Kid friendly. Definitely a local gem.

One of the best sandwiches I've had! It was their prosciutto, with fresh mozzarella, a Daily special sandwich. It was So good, will definitely be returning.
I have been to high end steak houses and the steaks I got from Hub rank at the top of best steaks I have ever eaten. Huge amount of flavor and it melts in your mouth like butter. I have found the place where I will be buying my meats from now on. The staff is knowledgeable and very kind. Keep doing what your doing!
