I just had to make a change to my vehicle insurance and knew that I’d get top notch and quick service from Jina Lal-Jassal! She’s always been so friendly, yet professional and I wouldn’t trust anyone else with my insurance needs.

Just to say thank you to Alex, you were professional and  very  kind to me  which was  just great  to me.

Monica was super helpful and renewed my policy quickly and efficiently.  She explained the changes with ICBC and how my having a young driver impacts my premium.  She also confirmed all details with my private carrier.  It was easy and quick.   Thank you Monica and HUB!

Good service and very helpful

Trista Liu and staff were very helpful. I liked the fancy coffee machine and made myself a hot chocolate while I waited for the paper work. A few free parking spots designated to Hub.
