Very friendly and helpful staff. They go way beyond to make things work right for you. Trisha spent over an hour on the phone with ICBC to correct a problem at the ICBC end and to make sure I left with what I needed with out being overcharged. Wonderful people there. All of them.

Very friendly staff. They seemed to drop everything to accommodate my unscheduled walk-in visit. They made sure everything was explained to me properly. Would highly recommend.

I expect an insurance place would know how to insure a car. I don't like having to explain to people how to do their jobs. Don't go here they insured my vehicle totally wrong. Then proceeded to tell me how I can't have it any other way even after me showing I already did with my other vehicles. Unprofessional and just wrong. Train your staff!

I went into Hub today to have my address switched over on my car insurance and Trisha helped myself and my fiancé, she was knowledgable and friendly! Great example of good customer service!!!

I was running late and called ahead, the agent had no issues staying a few minutes late to help me out. Excellent service, fast, highly recommend!
