Howie did our roof years ago. During the flood situation I thought our skylight was leaking. Although the highway was closed, it was pouring rain and Howie already had a long list to get through he sent someone over within 1/2 hour of my call. I was worried we would be evacuated again and our roof would be left leaking. Thankfully roof and skylight were fine. This quick response shows how much Howie cares about his customers. This outstanding service during a very distressing time was deeply appreciated. Excellent workmanship and genuine customer care makes Howie's Roofing #1!

I gave Howie's roofing a call  as they were highly recommended  and spoke with Howie. He had explained to me they were very busy dealing with storm damage from the wind storm we had just had and that it may be a few days before he could drop by.  I appreciated the honesty from the start with Howie. He called a day later and said he had a moment and that he could drop by and check out my roof. He explained that my roof had a few years left in it, yet the ridge caps were separated and a few major cracks that lined up with the shakes leaving only the tar paper to stop the water. He also noted the lifting shingles which you could see from the ground and they were my major concern with the wind we had of late.  During this process he explained what and why he would be doing what was necessary to have a roof that would look good and stand-up to the elements. He gained my trust as we talked as I never felt as if we were being taken advantage off.  We gave Howie the go ahead and again when a window of sun opened , he and his crew hit my roof sooner then expected starting the tear off. We were going from shake to duroid shingles and they had the shakes off in about a day and the house ready for shingles.  It was obvious by how quick they worked tat they knew what they were doing. They were very polite and I never heard a swear or off comment from the crew the entire they were here. This I appreciated as me son was watching them the entire time.  In just over two days our new roof and skylights are installed and it looks great!. Our worries about wind and rain are gone.  Thank you Howie.
