This was my first experience with a pawn shop and it was a great one. The girl working let me know how the process worked and she was super friendly throughout the entire process. I don't know if she was the Manager or what...but she kindly took the time to assist me even when I had a TON of questions! I was able to get the cash I was looking for in a matter of 10-15 mins, and I was able to leave feeling reassured that my laptop would be safe until I could pay it back! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a great place to do their business! Fast and friendly...couldn't ask for anything more!
Poor communication, was responding to my emails once per month no kidding, and when I finally got a response to all my questions, all of that was for nothing since the manager didn't want to negotiate at all, and that on a high-price purchase. I've dealt with multiple pawn shops over the years, and they're mostly pretty bad, but this is my worst experience so far.
Very friendly and knowledgeable staff...your questions get thoroughly answered! This is my go-to place for movies - they have an overwhelming amount, but it's amazing what hidden treasures you can find! I absolutely love this local business!
if i dont like a place i say it fn sucks!!! but this place since day one i met the owner of the little pawnshop and she was so nice!! yup bluray movies cheap and if your a customer thats keep coming back she treats u like gold yes she does!! so just because donald street howards suck so fn bad beside winners doesnt mean all pawnshops are bad id give her 1 million stars if i could she made my day today and for that ******************************************* thats how much she rocks
Really helpful service. Lady helped me find four dvds I couldn’t find anywhere else and kept them aside for me. Great shop.

When the girl/women is working she is very pleasant and friendly and always has a smile on her face. She has always been very fair with me.
