Best damn lawyer I hired !!! He listened to me every time we talked over the phone and over email , always kept me informed of what was going on with my case. He used his resources to the best of his abilities. He helped me get what I wanted in my case , he showed up to court every time and represented me like I expected. I have the up most respect for Howard and I will hire him again and again

Good at what he does. Don't expect him to be happy to talk to you or give and receive any information outside of the realm of the case. No hidden fees and he doesn't try to bs you. I would give 5 stars if he wasnt so rude, but I respect the fact that he was straight forward so it's more like 4.5 stars. Would use him again.

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Never even went to court for custody and already charged me over 1500$. He showed up to pretrial dressed like a slob with a giant mustard stain on his shirt. He took advantage of father just trying to get custody of his son. I told him to file from the beginning to file a motion for temporary orders and he didn’t do it. He never contacted my child’s mother’s lawyer to work out a visitation plan. He didn’t do anything. He said it wouldn’t cost anything more than 1500$ for his services. We haven’t even went to trial and he’s already charged me over my retainer.

Rude, disorganized and incompetent lawyer. Office is so dirty and in disrepair that it's appalling. If you're broke, I guess it's better than nothing, as his rates are lower than most. That's the only positive. But, keep in mind you get what you pay for. Do not hire him for anything that's not completely basic in difficulty.

Worst unprofessional lawyer I have EVER met. Rude unethical and works not twords your interest in the slightest. Will do the opposite of what you intend. Would give zero out of five.

Honest, straight forward attorney. He took his time to sit down and speak with me, did not rush and showed compassion towards my case. I would recommend Mr. Elliott to anyone!

Very honest, straight forward and helpful. Took the time to sit with me when he didn't have too once realized I brought him an issue he couldn't necessarily help directly with at this time.
