I applied to work there two years ago didn't get the job applied again don't drive didn't get the job hopefully my 11 years in automotive manufacturing will get me in the door one day I've had friends who worked for howa they liked it.
Great place to work. Management wasn't worried about getting their hands dirty to help out. Friendly environment and great people to work with. I've never gone back to a job that I've left, however this is the only place I'd make an exception for. I would highly recommend working here if you get the opportunity.
The HR Department has had a recent change in the past years and has had a tremendous impact on the company and its employees in a positive way. May was wonderful to work with and will always find time to address your concerns. I am a visible minority and there hasn't been any discrimination at all. If there has been any negative experiences, it's due to unreliability or problematic behavior, which she's been doing a great job of weeding out.nnWorking at Howa Canada Manufacturing was a very positive experience as well, from the people you work with, to the lightweight and simple jobs that you do.nnI highly recommend working for Howa Canada Manufacturing. Decent pay for an honest day's work.
