Great food served hot..Great flavors. I found some.portions on the a la carte menu kinda small but wiill definitely go back. We ordered specific dishes vs ordering any of the family meals or lunch combo plates etc. Overall great rating and it is worth trying for yourself.
Excellent taste and great value for money. The lady made an exception for us to serve us even though they were just about to close. I would highly recommend them for the great taste, quality, quantity, and excellent customer service. We ordered deluxe dinner for 2. All items were awesome!
Loved the service and the fact they would make us items NOT on the menu. Great food, great service
Terrible customer service!! They do not have the updated menu online and when the lady said they no longer had the shrimp dish I wanted I told her I needed to ask if we wanted the chicken version. She hung up on me and when I called back she continued to be rude and said I took too long to answer her. Awful way to talk to someone and hanging up on a paying customer that was willing to wait the ridiculous wait times for mediocre food.
When we think of ordering Chinese food we think of House of Yan. The food is very good, the service is timely and the staff and owners are friendly. I recommend you give them a try.
The customer service is lacking a bit. They’re very direct. Some of the food is a bit bland compared to other places I have tried. Most of the food is good though. I think it is the best local option.
The kids love the food here and the prices are very reasonable... I love the egg rolls... I'm glad it's here in town. I tried the other Chinese restaurant in town and that was sad. I am happy with this place.. I will be back...
A nice place to eat with your friends. The food there was a bit bland but good. General Tao chicken tasted great, but the wontons in the wonton soup contained little to no meat at all. The service there was nice but the waitress was quiet. 3.5/5
Unfortunately, the food here is sub-par. We got the dinner combos. They started with wonton soup which was basically hot water with a bland wonton noodle dropped in. The worst wonton soup I've ever had. The egg roll was actually pretty good. Chicken Su Guy came soaked in pale, not very flavorful gravy. The chicken balls were mediocre. We also tried the Mongolian Beef. There was so much msg in it I couldn't enjoy it. We mentioned all of these things politely to the owners and were told that we were wrong and that wasn't true. She did mention that if wanted to ask for no msg next time they could do that. Well, unfortunately there won't be a next time.
If you choose to live in a small town, great ethnic food is just one of those things you need to learn to live without. Ordered takeout twice second time was to see if maybe the first disappointing experience was a fluke and never again. Greasy, soggy, bland food coupled with the nasty lady who answers the phone/gets your food who barks sentences at you rather than speaking them to you- not an experience I'm looking to repeat. Ever.
