House of Plants Florist LLC

Stopped in on my way home from work. Great location and easy to see. I walked in and was greeted with smiling faces and got in and out with what I wanted very quickly. Overall, good selection to choose from and pricing was competitive with every other florist I have ever bought flowers from. I would definitely recommend them to a friend and i will be a returning customer.

House of plants did the flowers for my wedding in October, and they were absolutely gorgeous. I wanted tropical flowers (birds of paradise and orchids) and they had so many beautiful ideas. From the center pieces to my bouquet to every other detail the quality and value can not be beat. With out hesitation I would recommend them, and am so thankful to have found house of plants!

I was told to cancel my order and hung up after they called me and told me they were unable to send what I ordered.

We ordered a flower/fruit basket and our order was not only delivered the next day but they sent us a photo of what we purchases and it was beautiful! Not only great customer service, but they do amazing floral arrangements. Thank you for being out there in the Akron area and providing such great service. The University of Akron - Deb

Ordered a Ficus tree for my best friend's mothers funeral. I asked that it be delivered to the funeral home the day before to ensure it wasn't going to be an issue as I prefer to order trees as flowers die, but received a call the following day, hours before the funeral notifying me that they had no Ficus trees available. They called me a second time offering to deliver a Ficus tree 3 days later, but stopped accepting my calls to provide them the new information they needed. Poor communication, poor customer service! Buyer Beware!
