Knowledge of the staff was great and they're more than willing to show you any item you ask about and answered all the questions I had sufficiently along with a reasonable selection of related items.

The particular staff member that was working today was very arrogant and caused myself and another customer to leave the store. I was only in the store for 30 seconds before his poor attitude and demeanour caused us to leave. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced.

Nick is amazing!! I went looking for a Japanese knife, he was so kind and explain me all the different brands. Highly recommend coming here and ask for Nick so knowledgeable and professional. Definitely will be back.
