Houle Electric Kelowna

Being an employee at Houle, I can tell you we always try to meet and exceed our standards. I would recommend this company from a none bias point of view.

Called after 5 pm yesterday - they called back by 10 am this morning and could have someone there to help within the hour....it was great, our electrician was great (Thank you Michael) and the work was great~ thank you

I've used Houle many times in the last few years for home electrical work, and also at my workplace for business. Their electricians are highly professional and courteous and I wouldn't call anyone else!! Special thanks to Guy.

Called Friday at noon for a small commercial job. The dispatcher said the scheduler wad away, but they would be able to install a 220v plug Monday no problem. Monday comes around and they drop the ball. Not only that, they strung me along saying they would call and think they could do it. They never called or returned my message and cost our project more than a thousand in lost time. Would never ever call them if there is any requirement to get it done.
