Highly recommend this place for social food experience. Service was great and the iPad ordering system was a nice touch but in two incidents the servers didn't know what we ordered and was missed until it was time to pay. The quality of the food is great, and the servers were prompt with refilling your soup. Overall, it was a great experience for my family and I. We will absolutely be coming back!
Friendly and helpful staff, and incredible hotpot, with so many options to choose from. The interior decor is beautiful too, creating a really immersive and wonderful atmosphere. The management did an amazing job of making you feel like you've been transported to China. The pricing is also very reasonable. I can't wait to go back!Food: 5/5
visited this institution for the first time, and definitely not the last!! the atmosphere, tastes, quality of products is impeccable, incredible! tom yum is the best I've ever tasted! the staff of the establishment are friendly, they helped us a lot to figure out how to taste properly, because this food culture is unfamiliar to us. separately I want to thank VIKI.
Food was ok - would be better if they can improve the hot pot base broth. I didn't try the dim sum menu much since only me and my husband, but they have variety of choice so next time for sure. Lunch ticket is 30$+ tax and you have non limited topping + ice cream + drink they have slurpee at the back + broth and dim sum is extra if you order more. Service is awesome. Abd the washroom very clean. Heard they have had opened for 5 months definitely try it again but hope the owner can adjust + develope the broth
We had a wonderful experience at Hotlypot. The decor is beautiful and the ambience relaxing and professional. The service was fast and super friendly. Although the restaurant closes at 9, all items at the sauce station were filled up at 8 pm. And wow, the food was delicious!! Be aware of the “Secret Spicy” broth, my husband loves spicy food, but this was too much for him and we had to get another broth base. We will definitely come back.
We had late lunch and early dinner prior for us to see SB19 concert at Club Regent. The food was good and service was great. But we hope no more charge for the broth must be all in one for the eat all you can.Food: 5/5
The Hostess Svetlana was an absolute joy, the service was top notch and the food? out of this world! The atmosphere was like walking into a beautiful cherry blossom courtyard and the smells were maddeningly delicious!! The staff were all so friendly and worked together as a wonderful team! The self serve drinks, condiment bar, slushies and ice cream was an amazing idea, love this place!! 11/10 WILL GO AGAIN!!!
I recently dined at Hotlypot, a Chinese hot pot restaurant, and I had a great experience. The concept of ordering on an iPad and having the food brought to your table for cooking was very convenient. The hot pot itself was a true delight, with a wide array of fresh ingredients and flavorful broths to choose from. The staff provided great customer service, offering helpful guidance on choosing the food and ensuring our dining experience was enjoyable. Hotlypot provided a unique and interactive dining experience. I totally recommend Hotlypot!
We went on Thanksgiving. The food was good and the staff were all nice! Service took a looong time. My husband ordered some noodles and beef, we got the beef pretty quickly but 30+ minutes later we still hadn't got the noodles. They seemed to be out of a lot of things, which was fine, just a bit harder to order. You order your food on a tablet and ours died before we got a chance to send in our order, so we had to wait a bit for a new one. I believe it was the first holiday since they've been open so I totally understand why they were a bit understaffed and low of some things. All in all a nice place to eat but I would recommend going when it's less busy. Also highly recommend making a reservation as they were turning people away without one.
Hotly Pot is a great social food experience. With fresh product and flavourful soups, it's definitely a place that needs to be on your radar. We had a great time with our party of 10, we were served and sat promptly too, we had a reservation. I highly recommend making a reservation to ensure you get in due to its popularity. All the soups were flavorful and tasty, and the incredients and product were all fresh and high quality. The meats were extremely tasty and good quality. My only feedback and reason for the 4 star is that the servers were very disorganized. I don't know if its their ticket system or experience, but we ended up missing items from our order, as did the table across from us. Its a minor inconvenience in the grand scheme of things, but as the restaurant establishes itself, it is worth them looking into and ensuring correct items ars going to tables. I absolutely will be coming back.
