Amazing hotel and very friendly staff. The rooms are fantastic, clean and very spacious. Modern and very well designed/decorated. I even had a balcony in my room where I enjoyed a coffee and was able to unwind from the day. I would definitely recommend this as a great place to stay.
Second stay with this hotel. Both times with hockey team. First time seemed good. Everything was clean and good service. No breakfast at this price point isn’t great but not a deal breaker. Second stay was much worse. Room was clean however the bathroom door doesn’t lock. Toilet seat practically falling off. Flush handle is worn and looks very dirty. When I called for more towels and face cloths as house keeping didn’t return to our room after we asked them to, I was informed I will need to go get them myself at the front desk even though three workers were there. When I arrived at the front desk I stood there for several minutes waiting for someone to appear so I said hello and someone come from out back. Lobby smells of urine. Gym and down stairs area ac isn’t functioning for the last two years we have stayed. Television is very small.
Avoid this hotel. Severe noise issues. Every evening, extremely loud vehicles with modified exhaust systems drive by, creating maximum noise levels. This appears to violate local noise ordinances and significantly disrupts guests' rest. As a paying customer, the constant disturbance made the stay unbearable. Hotel management should file complaints with city officials or police to address this ongoing problem that affects all guests.
Love this Hotel, you can tell when you walk in these guys spare no expense to please their guests, very clean and friendly atmosphere, be sure to stop by the restaurant aswell, excellent food!
Our favorite hotel in New Brunswick and amazing wheelchair accessibility. The new owners are amazing, and the improvements are significant and beautiful. Our best rest on this business trip with an amazing restaurant with absolutely delicious food. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You will not get a better hotel and we will always stay here whether on business or vacation.
