Hotel Motel Caroline

Very nice place. Older but very neat and tidy. Very quiet area. Near a lake. Restaurant and bar. Owners are very nice and VERY accommodating. I went for breakfast a little after 8am and the restaurant was closed but the owner saw me walk by and opened up just for me! 2 Eggs, 3 long strips bacon, fried potatoes, coffee, orange juice and toast was only 8$! Dinner was a club sandwich (huge and real sliced turkey), fries, pop and sugar pie under 15$. They'll basically make you whatever you want :-) If you are in Ville-Marie PQ this is an excellent motel to stay at for a night or more. If you reserve online call the motel to verify the price as well. The actual cost was more than online told me by almost 15$ a day. With taxes all in about 80$ per night. Very reasonable. Oh and go see Fort Temiscaminge... Very cool! You can drive to it from motel and only 5 mins. away

Vieille hôtel non rénové. Odeur d'humidité cammouflé avec du parfum. Drap tâché.

Ce motel est bien entretenu et la décoration des chambres est très rétro. Demandez une chambre avec vue sur le lac, ce côté là est plus tranquille.

Nous avions choisi l'option "de luxe"... à 100$ la nuitée. Décoration des années 50 non assortie, seulement 2 oreillers, une couverture, prise de courant sans disjoncteur à 30 cm du lavabo, une cafetière mais sans lait ni colorant à café, une seule mini-bouteille de shampoing... Finalement rien de luxe ou d'extra! Un côté du lit était même collé sur le mur! En plus, le proprio ne nous a pas dit... Qu'il faisait des travaux sur la toiture qui ont commencé aux environs de 6h am le dimanche matin! Pour couronner le tout, aucune facture détaillée avec une note de taxe d'hébergement... Alors, non, vraiment pas recommandé!!!
