I love my Hot Springs Spa, and Gordon and Elaine are very helpful with my continued questions. Gordon is knowledgeable about new products and methods to help us reduce our need for chlorine. He is passionate about spas! Service definitely continues after the spa purchase. Gordon and Elaine are helpful members of the Rogue Valley Community who have spearheaded Hot Springs Spa donations for disabled veterans. Their belly dance studio/store next door is really nifty, too.

We purchased our new hot tub/spa  from Hot Springs Spas.  Gavin was the salesperson who sold it to us.  Gavin is so cool....he answered every question .  The spa is a dream place to relax in.  We even get a bit of a discount when we purchase chemicals!

We bought our hot tub from Hot Springs in 2007.  They have always been helpful and responsive.
