Hired this firm to clean our furnace ducts and dryer vent - we had just moved in and wanted to start fresh.  Placed a call, left a message, and received a prompt return call from Cliff.  He asked the questions he needed to provide a quote which he gave me and we booked an appointment.  The young man who came to do the work, Yuri, was professional, friendly, organized, and knowledgeable.  I am new to this kind of thing coming from BC and he took the time to answer some questions for me about the humidifier, the furnace itself, and how to manage the humidity and ventilation control in the summer.  He was efficient and completed the job in a timely way and, on top of that, we enjoyed his sense of humour and his advice.  Highly recommend Hot Pepper to anyone and thank Cliff and Yuri for making it an easy process.

A complete nightmare - Hot pepper came to clean my furnance and ducts at the end of January... I caught the technician drinking MY alcohol in my basement.  As he was a large man and I was a small female home alone I didn't confront him.  Once he left I called my husband and he called Hot Pepper to let them know what had happened and asked them not to charge our credit card until the owner/manager called us to discuss what had happened. The technician called us and admitted to drinking our alcohol but no one from the company called and they charged our cc anyways.  So basically I paid over $700 for someone to drink in my basement. We've made multiple attempts to contact to manager and no one had returned our call.

Someone in my community used their service and caught the technician stealing their mezcal and drinking it while working on their furnace.   When they called Hot Pepper to rectify the issue nobody even wanted to help them.  Can't be trusted like that

Highly Recommend - Hot Pepper Furnace is one of a kind. Yuri and the crew were incredible. They gave us a 15 minute pre-arrival call and they arrived early. Extremely efficient, hard working, knowledgeable and tedious. The entire process took about and hour and we are extremely happy with the results. Hot Pepper furnace has gained a customer for life!
