The Rimouski hospital is a joke. You have a good chance of dying before you can get to see a doctor. Even if there is almost nobody in the emergency room, you still get to wait for hours and hours and hours. The staff clearly does not care about their patients. I have a revolutionary idea for this hospital :HIRE MORE DOCTORS!!!!!!!!!!!. The place could use a good cleaning as well. It is clear that all of our tax dollars go into the bloated administration and there is little left for caring for and treating patients. Every hospital I have been to in any part of the world, including very poor countries, offers better care than the hospital in Rimouski.

This is one of the worst hospitals in the world. The emergency room doesn't speak English! We arrived at 6:30 p.m. My wife was 4 months pregnant and bleeding, but they gave her a code 4, and we waited over 6 hours to see the doctor. We're still waiting while my wife and baby are in danger!
Avoid if you have an emergency! I've been waiting in the emergency room for over 4 hours. Only 7 people passed and the registration person told me that there was a good turnover!! Very funny!! Chair not comfortable. According to the poster in the waiting room they have a customer approach! Allow me to doubt their effectiveness!
