On the evening of October 2nd, I arrived at the hospital following a mountain bike accident. At the reception desk, the lady on duty, seeing my condition, was so kind, even taking a triage number to save me from having to make any more effort. The nurse on duty at triage quickly filled out the questionnaire in order to accompany me to radiology, which she had taken care to inform of my arrival. I would like to thank all the nursing staff for the care they provided me and for the empathy they showed me until I left the next morning.
My two-and-a-half-month-old baby had pneumonia in both lungs, and the doctor sent us home saying everything was fine. A month later, his family doctor looked at the X-ray results and confirmed the pneumonia... A huge medical error that could have had very serious consequences!
I was hospitalized following a car accident, and I must say I received excellent care from arrival to departure! Thank you to all the medical staff for your kindness and professionalism; I have nothing but praise!
Excellent service at the emergency room. I arrived at 7:00 AM and left at 9:00 AM with a small dose of antibiotics. Thank you.
Pain Clinic staff are extremely professional and pleasant to consult.
