On the evening of October 2nd, I arrived at the hospital following a mountain biking accident. At reception, the woman on duty, seeing my condition, was incredibly kind, even taking a triage number for me to save me the trouble of waiting. The triage nurse quickly filled out the questionnaire and escorted me to radiology, which she had thoughtfully notified of my arrival. I would like to thank all the nursing staff for the care I received and for the empathy they showed me until my discharge the following morning.
My two-and-a-half-month-old baby had pneumonia in both lungs, and the doctor sent us home saying everything was fine. A month later, his family doctor looked at the X-ray results and confirmed the pneumonia... A huge medical error that could have had very serious consequences!
I was hospitalized following a car accident, and I must say I received excellent care from arrival to departure! Thank you to all the medical staff for your kindness and professionalism; I have nothing but praise!
Excellent service at the emergency room. I arrived at 7:00 AM and left at 9:00 AM with a small dose of antibiotics. Thank you.
The staff were abrupt during patient intake and follow-up, even when the emergency room was empty. This raises concerns about the quality of care. In short, we didn't feel safe in this hospital, and what's more, everything was filthy: the toilets were dirty, there were fluid stains on the examination room sheet, etc. I strongly recommend Roberval Hospital; it's much more professional.
